Typically, we are 4-6 weeks out from project approval to install unless we agree on a different date. Weather can significantly affect our installs; it’s not that we are unwilling to work in the rain, but when we work under such conditions, it often leads to excessive collateral damage to yards and mud ruts. Additionally, even if it doesn't rain on your projected install date, several days of rain prior can push all our project scheduling out as well.
When we have a structure install deadline, we generally aim to schedule our site work 1-2 weeks in advance. In all our years of handling site work for structures, we haven’t missed a deadline – we take these obligations very seriously. Client communication is a priority, especially regarding any changes that may arise.
Even during the last 7 days leading up to the install, weather can present challenges. Sometimes, if we plan to be on-site first thing in the morning, it may need to be pushed out. I will always strive to keep you informed through call, text, or email—whichever method you prefer. As we utilize heavy machinery, unexpected issues can occur such as equipment malfunctions, hoses blowing, or trailer tires going flat, which could impact our payment process and scheduling.
