I will spread materials supplied by either yourself, or I can have them delivered and coordinate the entire job for you.
Laser Land Grading and Soil Prep for Seeding/New Lawn install
If you have a section of yard that has been neglected, or is in rough condition, it can be cut back first if necessary using our brush cutter, then "Rake/Conditioned" where we break up the first few inches of soil and eliminate most of the rocks leaving a level area which can be then seeded.
Gravel Driveway Installation, Loam or other material Spreading
We install complete Gravel Driveways - or perhaps you have a gravel driveway which needs work and gravel, or perhaps an area of yard you would like to fill in low spots with loam, I can spread, level, and rough grade for you. I do not like to get involved with putting mulch in beds in residential areas because our tires can be rough on manicured grassy areas unless you are OK with that.
Land Clearing
We can help you with your land clearing needs from small to large. (2+ Acres)
We will clear, stack, and/or chip your trees, stumps, and brush to provide you with clear, buildable land. Our chippers can process up to 18" trees into spreadable chips on site.
Excavation, Trenching, & Stump Removal
We can dig and excavate as needed for your projects. Garage footings, tank installations, trenching for utlities, etc. Stump removal of all sizes.
Gravel Road & Driveway Repair
Is your gravel road or driveway rutted out, poor drainage, or washed out? Many times we can fix drainage issues, and repair your road or driveway with little or no additional material.
French Drains & Surface Drains
Wet yard? Water drainage issues?
We can install surface drains to control water runoff issues, or french drains to improve subsoil drainage and saturated soils.
RV/Camper Parking Pads and Shed Pads
When you need additional parking space on your property, we can help.
If you are having a shed delivered, and need a quality level gravel pad prepped for it, we can make it happen.
Concrete Slabs
We prep and pour concrete slabs for Sheds, Pool Houses, and other outdoor structures.
Retaining Wall repair and Construction
We can install decorative block landscape walls - or work with an engineering team to construct a fully engineered, structural retaining wall. Additionally, we can repair failing or older retaining walls which are bowing or leaning, creating an unsafe condition.
Utility Trenching from $8 per foot
Need a trench for Electric, Water, or Drainage? We can help you with your trenching needs from 12" depth to 8' depth. Concrete and asphalt cutting is also available as needed.
Above Ground Pool leveling & site prep

We can help you prepare a level base for your above ground pool for all budget needs quickly and affordably. From a simple "leveling" of existing grade, to a complete compacted sand base and gravel surround, we can accomodate.

Dump Trailer - Delivery & Haul off services
We can haul off your construction or yard waste with our dump trailer, or deliver material to your home or job site.
Post Hole Digging
12" or 18" Post holes auger drilled for deck footings, fence poles, etc. Quickly and neatly done.
Small Tree, Fence post, or Bush Removal
I can remove unwanted small trees (up to 6') and shrubs with our tree puller. We do not cut trees down, I pull them out with the root ball.
Brush Cutting
To clean up your yard, I can remove unwanted, neglected long grass, briars, or overgrowth using a heavy duty 72" brush mower which can cut up to 3" trees.
Land Cleanup and/or large debris moving.
I can help with moving large objects, rocks, logs, or any other item up to around 2300lbs. using a bucket or grapple.
We do not do snow plowing, but we can move snow piles for you if we get hit with a large snowfall season.

Nick Surdis, Owner and Operator
I am fully licensed with the State of Massachusetts and insured. We are family owned and operated and since we own all of our equipment outright and keep our overhead low - we are able to offer you very reasonable pricing as well as providing high quality work. We are a small local business with no "salespeople" - I come out to do your estimate, and it's my son and I who will do your work.

Unlike many other large contractors who are too busy for small jobs, I will actually call you back, show up when promised, and work with you on any land project regardless of size.
