Please note regarding Drive time conflicts : 

Our online estimate scheduler isn't perfect 100% of the time.

It cannot tell if the appointment slot before you was booked on Cape Cod, and you just requested the next time slot 50 miles away in Norwell, MA and the drive time makes getting to you on-time impossible. 

If there appears to be a drive-time conflict, I will reach out ahead of time and make a time/date modification suggestion.

If anything comes up on your end that you cannot keep your appointment, please call, text, or email to let me know.
